摘　　要：体育观,即人们对体育总的认识或基本观念,属于认识的问题。体育科学的思维模式,即人们研究体育和进行体育的决策和管理的基本思维方法,属于方法的问题。本文运用辩证唯物主义和现代系统科学观点对体育和体育科学的历史和现状进行了考察和认识,论述了体育观和体育科学思维模式在宏观理论研究和国家体育发展战略研究中的作用和意义。A mans outlook on sports, or his overall understanding and basic concept ot sports, is a matter o( cognition; while the mode of thinking in the study of sport science, or the basic way of thinking in sports research, in making policies on sports and in the management of sports, belongs to the sphere of methodology. In the light of dialectical materialism and modern scientific theories, this paper studies the history and the present condition of sports and the science of sport and discusses the significance of sports outlook and the mode of thinking in the study of sport science in relation to the strategic development of sports in China.
