山西长子县东周墓  

THE EASTERN ZHOU TOMBS AT CHANGZI COUNTY IN SHANXI

摘　　要：长子县位于晋东南地区长治盆地的西侧,太岳山脉东麓。北有雍河,当地群众又称黑水河;南有浊漳河南源。七十年代以来山西省考古所晋东南工作站在配合农田基本建设和社办企业的建设中,做了四次考古调查和古墓葬的配合发掘,其中有1972年发掘北高庙商代墓,1973、1977、1979年三次发掘东周墓、勘察长子古城址(图一)。本文只报导发掘的八座东周墓,为说明墓葬所在的地理情况,先介绍一下与此有关的东周城址。东周城址在今长子县城附近。经过踏勘和钻探,城址的东北城角、北城墙、西城墙和西南城角都比较清楚,东、南二城墙和东城角不甚清楚。At Yangjuangou and Niujiapo in Changzi county,Shanxi Province,8 Eastern Zhoutombs,all of the earth-pit type,were excavated from 1973 to 1979.These tombs were divid-ed into two classes according to their shapes and the funerary objects they contained.TombsNos.1,2,7 and 11 are of the first class,dating,from the late Spring and Autumn period,and Tomb Nos.3,6,10 and 12 are put into the second class,dating from the middle andlate Warring States period.Of the 8 tombs,Tomb No.7 is the largest.Its mouth is 6.42 m long,4.8 m wide and0.8 m deep,and its bottom is 5.74 m long,4.28 m wide and 11.5 m deep.The tomb furnitureconsist of coffin chamber,an outer outer-coffin,an inner outer-coffin and the coffin of thetomb owner.With the exception of the main coffin which has decayed and decomposedbeyond recognition,all the other parts of the tomb are built of square planks tenoned andmortised.In the coffin chamber are found remains of three human victims each being pla-ced in a coffin.The funerary objects unearthed total 553 pieces of artefacts made of bronze,pottery,jade and lacquered and wooden objects.Among them the bronzed far surpasses theothers in number.The jade objects ranks second.Of all the lacquered and wooden objects,a figure is best preserved.Changzi was a famous city of states Jin and Zhao during the Spring and Autumn Periodand the Warring States period.The excavation of Tomb No.7 has provided significant ma-terials for the study of the history of the Jin Dynasty during the Spring and AutumnPeriod.
