食品安全检测标准样品体系的研究

摘　　要：我国食品安全标准样品的研复制工作尚有很大发展空间。建立食品安全检测标准样品体系,就是解决其发展的系统性、科学性和前瞻性。本项研究通过对食品安全检测标准样品进行分类、划分层次、搭建体系框架结构,最终建立了食品安全检测标准样品体系,系统地编制了食品安全检测标准样品体系表和体系的管理要求、通用技术要求和专业技术要求等文件,对体系的完善机制和持续改进提出了积极的建议。Certified reference materials are critical in the food safety test,meanwhile the research on certified reference materials is still at the primary stage.In this case,it is obviously necessary and urgent to study and produce certified reference materials to meet the necessary of current trade development and food safety test in China.According to the latest international category principle in Categorisation of reference materials — Guidance on,and keywords used for RM categorization,combined with China’s category system in the past,the paper categorises certified reference materials independently and systematically,and establishes a set of category system of certified reference materials for food safety test,which suits for the situation of China.
