青海山区中小学体育师资配备的调查研究

摘　　要：文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法、访谈法等研究方法,对青海省湟中县山区具有代表性的44所中小学体育师资配备现状进行了调查分析。结果表明:体育教师结构不合理,兼职教师比例较高;高级职称比例偏低;体育教师专业培训机会少,体育教学目标偏离,对阳光体育运动重要性认识不清,并针对上述问题,提出了加强贫困山区中小学阳光体育运动广泛持久开展的政策建议。Based on the research methodsofquestionnaire,literature,datastatistics,interview and so on,the paper doesthe investigation on PE teachers arrangement in 44 representative middle and primary schools in Qinghai province.The result shows that:the sport teacher number is not reasonable,proportion of part-time sport teacher is too high;proportion of high title teacher is low;the chance of professional training for sport teachers is few,sports teaching goal is deviated,understanding of sunlight sport’s improtance is not clear.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward recommendations to the extensive long-term strengthen development policy of sunlight sports in middle and primary schools to carry out sunlight sports in poor mountain ous areas.
