摘　　要：地方工科院校大都把培养工程技术人才作为主要任务和办学定位,以工程技术人才培养为目标加强教材建设具有十分重要的意义。目前,地方工科院校教材建设具备很多有利因素,但也存在重理论轻应用、重档次轻层次、重利益轻质量等突出问题;要采用科学定位、合作开发、强化质量监控、创新激励机制、转变政府职能等策略和措施,不断推进地方工科院校教材建设,全面提高工程技术人才培养的质量和水平。The main task and orientation of the most local engineering colleges is to cultivate engineering and technical talents. It is important to strengthen the textbook construction based on training objectives of engineering and technical talents. Now there are many favorable factors for the textbook construction of local engineering colleges. But at the same time,some outstanding problems have emerged. So it is necessary to take appropriate strategies and measures such as scientific positioning,cooperative development,strengthening quality control,innovation incentive mechanism and transformation government function,etc. to constantly promote the textbook construction of local engineering colleges and improve the quality and level of the engineering and technical talents.
