中国内地高校教师发展研究——基于高校的视角

摘　　要：在简要分析国内外高校教师发展研究状况的基础上,剖析了当前中国内地高校在推进教师发展中存在的问题,集中表现在:高校教师发展的理念相对滞后,教师培训"重形式,轻质量",教师发展的多方管理导致教师发展缺乏统一性,教师发展质量评价体系不完善,教师发展机构工作内容单一而不完善。从对教师发展的重要性和紧迫性认识、教师发展的管理体制与运行机制和引导教师科学发展的系统性政策3个方面分析了制约中国内地高校教师发展的因素,提出促进中国内地高校教师科学发展的建议:更新高校教师发展的理念和内容;加强教师培训与培养的质量管理,完善教师发展质量保障体系;完善教师发展机构的工作内容。Based on the brief analysis of the domestic and foreign researches on university teachers’de-velopment,the article analyzes the existing problems in promoting teachers’development in Chinese main-land.The main problems include relatively lagged ideas,formalist teacher training,confused management, imperfect quality assessment system,and sole job content.Then the article discusses the main factors of re-stricting teachers’development from the perspectives of understanding,management and operation mecha-nism,and systematic policies.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as updating ideas and content of teachers’development,strengthening the quality management of teachers’training and cultivation,per-fecting quality guarantee system,and completing the job content of the organizations of teachers’develop-ment.
