杂交稻新选恢复系的蒸煮食味品质与营养品质分析

摘  要:研究选用35个新选的水稻恢复系与16个已在国内大面积推广种植的杂交稻两系、三系不育系随机配组成73个杂交稻组合,将各杂交稻组合及亲本种植在同样环境条件下,对其收获各杂交稻组合与其亲本种子的蒸煮食味品质与营养品质进行分析。结果表明:C815S/TU-六、陆18S/R259等杂交稻组合的蒸煮食味品质与营养品质表现良好;以株1S、T98A、P64S为母本及恩恢58、TU-六为父本选配的杂交稻组合的蒸煮食味品质与营养品质表现良好,适合大面积推广;73个杂交稻组合的糊化温度与恢复系、高值亲本达到了极显著性相关,与中值亲本达到了显著性相关,蛋白质与不育系达到显著性相关,胶稠度则没与任何亲本达到显著或极显著性相关,直链淀粉含量与中、低值亲本达到了显著性相关。The study selects 35 new rice restorer lines and 16 sterile lines of widely spread two-line and three-line hybrid rice to randomly produce 73 combinations of hybrid rice. The new hybrid rice lines and the parents are cultivated in the same environmental condition, and cooking and eating qualities as well as nutrient qualities of their seeds are analyzed. The results show: the hybrid rice combinations of C815S/TU-Six and Lu 18S/R259 have good performance in cooking and eating qualities and nutrient qualities; the hybrid rice lines with Zhu 1S, T98A, P64S as the female parent and Enhui58, TU-Six as the male parent are of satisfied cooking and eating qualities as well as nutrient qualities, and are worth being widely spread. The gelatinization temperature of 73 hybrid rice lines is extremely significantly correlated with restorer lines and parent lines with high scores, and is significantly correlated with parent lines with middle scores. Protein content is significantly correlated with sterile lines. Adhesive strength is not significantly or extremely significantly correlated with any parent lines. The content of high amylose starch is significantly correlated with parent lines of middle or low scores.
