摘　　要：生产性实训基地建设是高职院校实施高端技能型人才培养的关键环节,在实施过程中不可避免地面临许多矛盾,济源职业技术学院结合校情大胆创新,以校企合作为机制,以合作共赢为基点,实施了"引入企业进校园,搬迁课堂进车间"的大幅度改革举措,取得了良好的效果,为职业教育校企合作提供了新的思路。Construction of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is the high-end technical talents training is the key link,in the implementation process will inevitably face many conflicts with the school situation,Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,bold innovation,taking the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,to win-win cooperation as the starting point,the implementation of the " into the enterprise into the campus,into the workshop of the relocation class " greatly reform measures,and achieved good results,for the occupation education provides a new train of thought of cooperation between college and enterprise.
