摘　　要：文章根据"海南高职学生职业化素养研究"课题在海南省内进行的调研结果,统计了企业、第三方调研机构、学生对学生职业素养的认识与评价,并且根据企业对学生职业化素养提出的要求,提出了几点有效培养学生职业素养的思考。In this paper, according to the research project of "Hainan higher vocational students' occupation literacy research" in Hainan Province, the statistics of understanding and evaluation of occupation accomplishment of enterprise, third research institutions, the students, and according to the requirements of enterprise to the students occupation attainment, put forward some thinking of students occupation accomplishment.
