摘　　要：大学生心理健康成为人们关注的重点与焦点,而辅导员作为一线的学生管理工作者,比较熟悉学生的日常情况和思想动态,理应承担大学生心理健康教育工作。论文分析了当代大学生的心理问题现状,并提出了辅导员开展学生心理健康教育工作的方法。The mental health of college students has become the focus of attention, and the counselors as student management workers, familiar with the situations and the students' ideological trends, they should bear the psychological health education of university students. This paper analyzes the present situation of the psychological problems of contemporary college students, and put forward some methods for instructors to carry out education of students' psychological health.
