摘  要:目的以陕西省为例对该省贫困地区卫生人力资源进行调查,了解此类地区卫生工作者激励机制的满意度水平,探索影响满意度的因素并提出建议。方法采用问卷调查,对陕西省两个县的县级医院、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室卫生工作人员调查。结果卫生工作者学历以中专、大专居多,职称以初级职称为主。卫生工作人员总体满意度均分为2.95分,其中,满意度最低的是薪酬假期方面,均分为2.10分;满意度最高的是工作关系方面,均分为3.56分。总体满意度与"是否喜欢目前工作"存在显著相关,卫生工作者越喜欢目前工作,总体满意度评分就越高。不同职称、不同学历对满意度评分差异也有统计学意义,职称越高,或者学历越高对满意度评分越低。结论在需要引进卫生人才的偏远地区提高非编制聘用人员的工资待遇标准,增加所有卫生工作者的培训机会。重点解决村一级卫生机构的功能问题和可持续发展,继续加强职业道德和医学道德教育。Objective To investigate human resources for health in west poor areas,and to understand the health workers satisfaction for such areas,in order to explore the factors that influence satisfaction.Methods Health staff were investigated using questionnaires in two county of Shaanxi Province,including countylevel hospitals,township hospitals and village clinics.Results Health workers educated to secondary,tertiary mostly,junior titles most.Overall average satisfaction was 2.95 points and the lowest satisfaction was in salary and holidays with 2.10 points;highest satisfaction was working relations with 3.56 points.There was a significant correlation between overall satisfaction with the 'Do you like the current work'.The more health workers liked the current job,the higher the overall satisfaction score was.Different titles and qualifications were also significantly different in satisfaction scores.Conclusion They are useful to improve the preparation of employed non - standard wages and to increase training opportunities for all health workers in remote areas where need to attract health professionals.
