摘  要:我国的高等职业教育经过十余年的快速发展,在为社会培养了一大批高素质技能型人才的同时,也面临着发展困境。要实现高等职业教育全面、协调、可持续健康发展,提高高等职业教育质量和效益成为高等职业教育发展过程中关注的焦点。借鉴企业管理中的PDCA循环理论,明确高等职业教育绩效评价的内涵,深入分析开展高等职业教育绩效评价的必要性,构建基于PDCA循环的高等职业教育绩效评价流程,并从教育主体、教育资源、教育教学效果等方面阐述如何实施高等职业教育绩效评价。Higher vocational education has achieved rapid development during the past ten years, and cultivated a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the society. At the same time, higher vocational education also faces many challenges in the course of development. In order to promote all-around, harmonious, sustainable development of higher vocational education, it has attracted more and more attention to improve the quality and efficiency in the process of higher vocational education development. Referring to the PDCA cycle theory in enterprise management, and defining the connotation of the performance evaluation on higher vocational education, this article provides an in-depth analyses of the necessity to carry out the performance evaluation on higher vocational education, constructs the performance evaluation process of higher vocational education based on PDCA cycle theory, and elaborates how to implement the performance evaluation on higher vocational education in terms of the subject of education, education resources, and education effect.
