农民工随迁子女心理弹性、社会支持及其关系研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对湖州和温州两地外来农民工随迁子女的心理弹性、社会支持的现状进行分析,并考察两者的关系,结果表明:不同背景变量的农民工随迁子女在心理弹性、社会支持上存在显著差异,农民工随迁子女的社会支持与心理弹性之间存在非常显著的正相关,回归分析显示主观支持和支持利用度对农民工随迁子女心理弹性具有预测作用。在此基础上,对农民工随迁子女心理弹性的培育提出相应的教育建议。Through questionnaire on the psychological resilience,social support and human relationship of the migrant workers' children in Huzhou and Wenzhou,this article analyzes and explores the relationship between the two.The result shows that the psychological resilience and social support varies greatly among migrant workers' children from different family backgrounds and there exist apparent positive relationship between their social support and psychological resilience.The regression analysis indicates that subjective support and the degree to make use the support plays a detecting part in dealing with the psychological resilience of the migrant workers' children,on the basis of which,we put forward some relative education suggestion for the nurture of the psychological resilience for the migrant workers' children.
