摘　　要：本文基于对科学和历史的回顾,从科学的演化和人类社会发展的角度,论述了资源与环境统一体的某些内涵和属性,强调必须将资源与环境做为统一体去研究其内部各要素时空变化规律和限制因子,以达到既开发、利用资源,又改善、优化环境的双重目的,实现资源与环境的良性循环。On the bases of reviewing of science and history,this article discusses many intensions and properties about the entity of resources and environment from the angles of scientific evolution and development of human society,and emphasizes that people must regard resources and environment as entity and research its facters in- side in order to reach.The purposes of developing economy,utilizing resources and pro- tecting environment.
