现未来学校体育工作方针与要点

摘　　要：本文运用文献研究法、论证法、数理统计法、调查法,提出具有一定理论与实践依据的现未来学校体育工作方针与要点。并做出以下结论:1.现未来学校体育工作方针应以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说为理论基础,以提高学校体育工作科学化程度为核心,旨在使受教育者的身心与品德全面发展。2.现未来学校体育工作要点是:提高理论研究的导向性与可行性;提高决策与管理水平,建立各级目标责任制;稳定教师队伍,提高师资整体水平;完善教学内容,使之切合实际;开辟具有中国特色的教学形式;努力改善教学条件。The principle and focal points of China's school physical education at present and in the future were put forward ontheoretical and practical basis and by ways of documentation analysis, investigation, and mathematical statistics. Followingare the main conclusions; 1. the Marxist theory of all-round development of human being should be taken as the theoreticalbasis of the principle of school physical education in China at present and in the future, putting the raise of the scientificlevel at the leading place, to ensure that the students be developed in an all-round way of physique, mentality and morali-ty; 2. the focal points of school physical education should be; promoting the leading function and the feasibility of theoreti-cal research; improving the level of policy decision and management; stabilizing the teaching staff and raising teaching quali-ty; perfecting the contents of courses to fit them with practice; developing new teaching methods with Chinese characteris-tics; and bettering teaching conditions.
