摘　　要：饭店计算机应用是计算机应用研究的一个重要领域。计算机系统在我国饭店业的应用不仅具有可能性、而且是饭店业务发展的必然趋势。本文初步探讨了饭店数据处理、饭店计算机系统分析和统计、硬件结构、软件分析、系统选择以及饭店计算机应用中潜在的问题等。The application of computers to hotels is a very important field in the research of the application of computers. It is not only posible but also necessary for the hotel to apply the computer system in China. This article primarily deals with data processing, flow chart analysis and design, hardware structure, software analysis, system selection and potential problems in the application of computers in hotels.
