摘　　要：本研究探索了影响知识分子工作动机和工作满意感的主要因素。结果表明:影响知识分子工作动机的主要因素有工作结果、集体工作意识、工作难度和价值、工作潜力知觉、工作条件、市别,以及年龄和工龄等;影响知识分子工作满意感的主要因素有集体工作意识、组织气氛、工作难度和价值、工作潜力知觉、工作结果、年龄和工龄、人际关系、人才流动紧迫感、市别,以及政治面貌等。This study investigated the primary factors which affect work motiva- tion and job satisfaction of intellectuals.The results showed that:(1)Seven primary factors which affect the work motivation of intellectuals were found,①work consequences,②group working consciousness,③difficulty and value of work,④perception of the potential to do work,⑤work- conditions,⑥locations of enterprises,⑦age and length of service.(2) Ten primary factors which affect the job satisfaction of intellectuals were found, ①group working consciousness,②organizational climates,③difficu- Ity and value of work,④percertion of the portential to do work,⑤work consequence,⑥age and length of service,⑦interpersonal relationship,⑧ the tension of qualified people circulate,⑨locations of enterprises,⑩po- litical identity.
