摘　　要：帕金森病是一种进行性的神经变性疾病,以黑质纹状体中的多巴胺能神经元的损伤为特征。本文就α-synuclein基因与帕金森病的关系、对多巴胺合成的影响以及纤维化积聚物的形成及其影响因素等的研究进展进行了综述。Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegsnerative disorder that is primarily characterized by the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the nigrost natal pathway. In this paper, the relation between a-synuclein and PD, the effect of a-synuclein on the dopamine biosynthesis, the formation of abnormal aggregation of a-synuclein protein and influence its factors were reviewed .
