摘 要:目的探讨13~16岁患焦虑障碍(anxiety disorders,ANX)的青少年有关刺激反应的调控机制,采用Go/NoGo任务。方法记录和分析事件相关电位(event-related potentials,ERP)的N2和P3成分,进行多元方差分析、t检验和相关分析。结果在完成Go任务和NoGo任务中,NoGo-N2潜伏期长于Go-N2潜伏期[F(1,26)=4.61,P【0.05],ANX组的N2潜伏期比对照组的N2潜伏期长[F(1,26)=13.26,P【0.001]。然而,N2波幅在两组间没有差异[F(1,26)=0.02,P】0.05]。NoGo-P3潜伏州比Go-P3潜伏期长[F(1,26)=8.98,P【0.01],且P3潜伏期有位点效应[F(4,66)=9.20,P【0.001],Fz最长,Pz最短,从Fz到Cz,P3潜伏期呈下降趋势。P3的峰值潜伏期在ANX组和对照组之间无显著性差异[F(1,26)=0.51,P】0.05]。ANX组的P3比对照组的P3小,NoGo任务的组间效应有显著性[F(1,26)=4.24,P=0.05],提示在对刺激的评价和做决定时,焦虑障碍患者可能有缺陷,尤其在脑的额-中部和中部区域。此外,用儿童焦虑量表(SCARD)评估,Pearson’s相关系数进行分析,焦虑的严重程度与P3波幅呈负相关性(除外NoGo-Fz),焦虑较高。结论在冲突监测和反应抑制中,除对外刺激反应时间较长,ANX青少年没有明显的缺陷,而是在评估和做决定的过程中有明显缺陷。此外,对于焦虑。Objective To investigate the mechanisms involved in the regulation of stimulus response in adolescents aged 13 to 16 years with anxiety disorder ( ANX) using Go/NoGo tasks. Methods The subjects in this study included ANX adolescents and normal children as control. Event-related potentials (ERP), N2 and P3 were measured. Results The N2 latencies for ANX were longer than for normal children in Go and NoGo tasks [F(1, 26)=13.26, P<0.001] . How-ever, no N2 amplitude difference was found between both groups. P3 in ANX adolescents was smaller than in the control group, indicating a deficiency in stimulus evaluation and decision making in ANX, especially at the frontal-central and central areas. Additionally, the severity of anxiety measured by SCARD was correlated with the P3 amplitude. The more severe the anxiety, the smaller the P3 amplitude. Conclusion Except for the longer time to respond, ANX adolescents have no significant deficit in conflict monitoring and response inhibition. In contrast, a significant deficiency is found for the processing of evaluation and decision-making. In addition, P3 seems to be more sensitive than N2 to anxiety.
