摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的逐步完善和经营环境的变化,来自各方的严峻挑战直接威胁着乡镇企业的生存和持续发展。本文运用技术联盟理论分析认为技术联盟是基于我国乡镇企业发展现状的技术创新的有效途径,并具体研究了乡镇企业技术联盟成功运作的基本条件及应注意的问题。With the development of socialism market economy and the change of management environment, the challenges, which come from many aspects, have directly threatened the existence and abidance development of township enterprise. Based on the theory of technical alliance, the paper thinks that technical alliance is an available approach for technical innovation of township enterprise in our country; and discusses the basic condition to construct the technical alliance for township enterprise; in addition, the problems that might be met in the practice are also discussed.
