摘　　要：党委中心组学习是高校领导干部提高理论素养,提升科学决策能力的有效途径。应从"单向灌输学"与"双向互动学"、"集中讨论学"与"引领示范学"、"关起门来学"与"走向基层学"、"按部就班学"与"紧跟形势学"、"专家宣讲学"与"网络同步学"这五方面相结合来改进学习形式,提升学习成效。Party committee central group learning is the effective way of college leaders to improve theory attainment,promote the scientific decision-making ability.We should from the 'one-way infusion learning' and 'two-way interactive learning','focus on learning' and 'leading demonstration study','close the door to learn' and 'towards the study','step-by-step learning' and 'follow the situation study','experts preach learning' and 'network synchronization learning' the five aspects to improve learning forms,to improve the learning effect.
