摘　　要：本文在分析食品安全国家标准GB 14881-2013《食品生产通用卫生规范》的基础上,论述了条款间的内在联系,提供了一种标准的理解思路,以期帮助企业系统掌握标准对食品生产的基本要求,并准确运用标准解决实际问题。Based on the analysis of the national food safety standard GB 14881-2013 General Hygienic Regulation for Food Production,this paper illuminates the inner-relationship of the items,as well as provides a new way for various enterprises to systematically understand this standard's requirements,and addressing practical problems of food productions.
