全球化与商业精英的塑造——对一所商学院本科教育的个案研究

摘　　要：培养商业精英一直是商学院教育的目标。通过对国内一所顶尖商学院本科教育的个案研究,文章发现经济全球化和高等教育全球化成为影响其本科教育的重要力量。这不仅体现在金融领域和其他行业的跨国公司成为毕业生的重要去处,还表现在学院的课程设置和学生的社团生活均受到全球化力量的有力塑造。全球化深入到这所商学院所建构的教育空间,从专业知识、交流技能和观念态度上引导着未来的企业精英。To develop business elite is an important goal of business school. Based on a case study on the undergraduate program of a top business school, this paper contends that the globalization of economy and that of higher education have constructed the educational space and learning process for the students. On one hand, banking industry and multinational corporations in other domains are the most important employers of the business school students; on the other hand, the globalization reconstructs the courses provided in the education programs, and organizes the out-of-classroom life of students, which is a vital part of students' daily life. The expert knowledge, the soft skills needed in the working practice and the ideas and views toward the society of the students are built in the whole process, which are guided and enhanced by the power of globalization.
