摘 要:基于浙江省高等职业院校毕业生的调查,分析其家庭背景和个人特征对创业满意度的影响时发现:作为中间变量的创业月收入、创业对口情况、创业形式、创业原始资金来源、创业规划、创业前景显著影响着高等职业院校毕业生创业满意度;初始变量中,学校所属性质、学生所学专业、学习成绩、从事创业活动情况、接受创业教育情况等个体特征因素对高等职业院校毕业生创业满意度有直接的显著性影响,性别、学生会干部情况对创业满意度有间接的显著性影响;父母任何一方最高职业阶层和受教育水平对高职院校毕业生满意度有着部分间接的显著性影响,家庭年收入对高等职业院校毕业生创业满意度有着部分显著的直接和间接影响。The empirical analysis on the entrepreneurial satisfaction of higher vocational colleges graduates show that, as the intermediate variable,such factors as the initial monthly income,the match rate of their entrepreneur field and what they have studied in college,entrepreneurial form, the original sources of funding, business planning and business prospects have significantly affects their entrepreneurial satisfaction. As the initial variable, such factors as the college where they graduate, their majors,their grades, their entrepreneurial activities and whether they have accept the entrepreneurial education have significant effect on theirentrepreneurship satisfaction. The factors of their sex and whether they have been the student leader have significant indirect impact on their entrepreneurial satisfaction.The factors of their occupation and education of the graduate's parents have a significant indirect influence to their entrepreneurship satisfaction.Their family income has a significant direct and indirect impact on their entrepreneurship satisfaction.
