摘　　要：众所周知,纪律管理和学风建设是高校中一个十分重要的环节,在高校教育工作中有着不可或缺的重要地位,是学生学习目的、学习态度、学习纪律的综合反映,是保证教学质量的重要途径,是社会人才培养的关键所在。但是现在很多高校中普遍存在着很多问题。如何加强和改进高校纪律管理和学风建设已成为很多高校所面临的严峻问题,本文章就是对此所做出的探索和研究。As we all know, disciplined management and Learning Enthusiasm is a very important part, has an indispensable work in colleges and universities in the importance of education, student learning objectives, learning attitude, discipline comprehensive reflection is an important way to ensure the quality of teaching, is the key to social talents. But now many col-leges and universities have many problems. How to strengthen and improve discipline management style construction has become a serious problem faced by colleges and universities, this article explores and studies on this.
