摘　　要：医学遗传学是集教学、科研、医疗为一体的学科,是医学科学水平发展的理论支撑和技术平台,对人类健康的影响日益重要。医学遗传学学科建设策略必须体现创新性、特色性、系统性、综合性。医学遗传学学科建设需要:凝炼学科方向,打造学科特色;培养学科人才,提升学术实力;构筑学科平台,增强科研能力;协调教学科研,培育学科成果。Medical genetics is a set of teaching, research, health care as one of the disciplines, theory and technology platform to support the level of development of medical science, the impact on human health is increasingly important. Medical Genetics disciplines strategy must reflect innovation, characteristics, systematic and comprehensive. Medical Genetics disciplines need:Refining discipline direction, creating subject characteristics;training discipline talent, im-prove academic prowess;build discipline platform to enhance research capacity;coordination of teaching and research, cultivate discipline results.
