摘  要:教师聘任制是高校为适应社会的发展而进行的改革,目的在于促进高校长期健康地发展。但在教师聘任制实施的过程中,对教师聘任制的认识,责权利的划分,对教师的聘用、管理与考核,教师权益的保护,高校的自主权等方面仍存有一定的问题。需要查找原因并提出合理化建议,为高校教师聘任工作能够更加有效地开展提供一定的借鉴。Reform of teacher employment system is to adapt to the development of society and conducted with the aim of promoting long-term healthy development of colleges and universities. But in the process of implementation of teacher appointment, the appoint-ment of teachers' understanding of the division of responsibilities and rights, hiring of teachers, management and assessment, to protect the interests of teachers, university autonomy and other aspects still has some problems. Need to find the reason and rationalization pro-posals, provide reference for the appointment of university teachers more effectively carry out the work.
