高职英语教育中能力本位教育的应用探讨

摘　　要：虽然我国的高等职业教育已经取得了一定的成绩,但是,高职院校培养的英语毕业生与社会对人才的要求还有一定的差距。本文对能力本位的教育理念进行了介绍,对中国社会对英语人才的能力要求进行了分析,并从教学目标的设定、教学计划的安排、教学内容的改革、教学方法的创新、新型评价体系的构建等几个方面介绍了能力本位在高职英语教学中的应用。Although China's vocational education has made some achievements, but there is a gap in vocational college English graduate and social demands of talent. In this paper, the concept of competency-based education were introduced, the ability of Chinese society for English talent requirements were analyzed, and from the set of teaching objectives, teaching plan arrangements, reform of teaching content, innovative teaching methods, the new evaluation system construction of other aspects, introduced competency-based application in vocational English teaching.
