摘　　要：本文从马斯洛需要层次理论出发,分析了五种不同层次需要在五年制高职学生中的表现特点。在此基础上,进一步探讨了五种不同层次需求在五年制学生管理中运用。This paper from Maslow's need hierarchy theory, analyzed five different levels in five-year higher vocational students ' performance characteristics. On this basis, further explores five different levels of needs in the management of fiveyear medical students to use.
