摘　　要：管理学是一门综合性的交叉学科,也是系统研究管理活动的基本规律和一般方法的科学。本文阐述了大学教学基层组织民主化管理方式改进途径,对于促进大学教学基层单位管理方式的变化,起到一定的推动作用。Management is a comprehensive interdisciplinary, but also basic rules and general methods of systems management activities. This paper describes the democratic management of grass-roots organizations to improve the way of college teaching, play a role in promoting the change of college teaching basic units management methods.
