摘　　要：本文是“基于工作过程目标教学框架下的教学团队构架的研究与实践”课题的成果之一.作为课题研究总结,对课题研究的背景、思路、方法以及研究成果高度概括.提出了目标教学的概念以及目标教学框架下的教学团队的构建方法(“321 N”模式),并总结出它的系统性、逻辑性、科学性、实用性与善适性.This article is one of the 'research and practice-based teaching team working under the framework of the process of teaching the target framework' project results. As a research summary of the research background, ideas, methods and research results highly summarized. The concept of teaching goals and objectives under the framework of the teaching team to build teaching methods( '321N' mode), and summed up its systematic, logical, scientific, practical as well as universal.
