摘  要:公共教育教学的质量一直是高等师范院校一个较大的难题,实现良好的教学效果难度很大。通过分析,我们的教师专业发展水平进程缓慢的根本原因,是由于部分高等师范院校没有找到明确有效的实施方法,公共教育出现问题的直接原因是教材规划有缺失,教师的实践经验欠缺。因此要想彻底解决公共教育学教学难题,我们必须认识到社会环境的宏观思维,办学思想,从学科的任课教师选择优质教材体系改革,建立综合的管理方案。The quality of public education has been a large problem of higher normal college;it's difficult to achieve great teaching effect. By analyzing the level of teachers' professional development of our fundamental reason for the slow process, because some of Normal Colleges did not find clear and effective implementation of the method, the direct cause of the prob-lem is the emergence of public education materials planning missing, classroom teacher does not appear practical high phe-nomenon. Therefore, in order to completely change the public pedagogy problem, we must recognize that the macro-thinking social environment, school of thought, the choice of quality materials from classroom teachers discipline system reform, es-tablish an integrated management program.
