摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断快速发展，人才已经成为推动企业不断发展的一个重大因素。但是，通观我国高校大学生的就业情况发现，大学毕业生尤其是贫困大学生的就业困难问题越来越突出，如何突破这种就业困局，提高就业率已经成为各大高校必须要快速解决的一个重大问题。本研究就高校贫困生的就业情况及其解决对策进行简单分析，以期能够更加了解当前贫困大学生的就业概况，从而为其提供一些有效帮助。With the rapid development of social economy, talent has become a major factor in promoting the continuous de-velopment of enterprises. However, through the concept of employment of college students found that the employment of university graduates especially difficult problem of poor students and more prominent, how to break this cage employment difficulties, raising the employment rate has become a major issue for major colleges and universities must be quickly resol-ved . In this study, a simple analysis of the employment situation of poor college students and their solutions, with a view to better understand the current employment profile of poor students, thus provide some effective help.
