摘  要:在开发新的高压共轨系统电子控制单元(ECU)时,为了在原型ECU定型之前快速对控制算法进行测试,提高开发效率,将dSPACE公司的MicroAutoBox模块与RapidPro模块组成全通的快速控制原型(RCP)系统并对其进行配置,通过实时接口(RTI)将控制算法的Matlab/Simulink模型下载到RCP系统,然后在硬件在环仿真(HIL)台架对控制算法进行测试。结果表明,所搭建的快速控制原型系统能完全替代真实ECU,所开发的控制算法在发动机的各工况下的性能指标均能满足设计要求。In order to test the developed control algorithm before the design of prototype ECU was finalized,MicroAutoBox and RapidPro produced by dSPACE corp. were composed as a full pass Rapid Control Prototyping( RCP),when developing the new electronic control unit( ECU) for high pressure common rail system. Matlab / Simulink model of the control algorithm was downloaded to the RCP system through Real-Time Interface( RTI). Then a test was carried out on the HIL test-bench. The experimental results indicated that the RCP system could replace the real ECU completely and design aim of the developed control algorithm was satisfied in any situations.
