摘　　要：文章以"国培计划"(2013)新疆农村小学体育参训学员为调查对象,对其所在学校的体育教学现状进行了调查分析,旨在进一步完善"国培计划"参训学员的培养实施方案,为培养高素质的农村小学体育骨干教师提供保障。Based on a survey on the trainees of National Training Program for physical education teachers in rural primary schools of Xinjiang,this article attempts to investigate the current situation of these schools for the purpose of improving the training plan of the National Training Program and providing support for training the qualified physical education teachers in those areas.
