摘 要:研究基于DSP的磁悬浮永磁直线同步电动机伺服系统的软硬件组成及其设计。首先,通过对磁悬浮永磁直线同步电动机的动子上两套绕组解耦,建立磁悬浮永磁直线伺服系统在d-q坐标系下的电压方程、磁链方程以及转矩方程。其次,采用TMS320LF2812数字信号处理器和IPM智能功率模块,设计伺服控制系统的主电路与控制电路;并采用C语言编写系统软件。最后,对自行设计的磁悬浮永磁直线电动机伺服系统进行实验研究。实验结果验证设计的硬件及软件的有效性,以及获得磁悬浮永磁直线伺服系统的实验数据。Based on DSP,the composition and design of hardware and software of magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo system were researched. First,two sets of windings of the magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor mover were decoupled. In the d- q coordinate system,its voltage equation,flux equation and torque equation were established. Secondly,the TMS320LF2812 and IPM were used to design main circuit and control circuit of servo system and C programming language was used to write the system software. Finally,the self- designed magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo system was conducted to study. The result proved the effectiveness of hardware and software and the data of magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo system were acquired.
