摘 要:目的:依据胜任力理论,构建区别中医学"卓越医生"和"普通医生"的特征模型。方法:对名老中医开展行为事件访谈,编制胜任力辞典,进行对照预测试,统计学上采用SPSS和AMOS软件作为数据分析工具,采用他评和对照的方式开展实证研究。结果:进行了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,构建出了包括道德力、思维力、沟通力、学习力和实践力的"5A"胜任力模型。结论:中医胜任力模型可靠,具有本土特色,与临床医学类人才"卓越医生"的特征大体相符,但特征模型中更强调实践能力和传统文化思维等特点,对中医"卓越医生"培养具有理论意义和现实意义。Objective: To evaluate outstanding and ordinary persons from personal characteristics using competency as the important criteria, which is the future direction of medical education reform. Methods: We carried on a behavior event interview about famous doctors of old traditional Chinese medicine, compiled competency dictionary, proceed control prediction test. SPSS and AMOS were used to be data analysis tools on statistics. We adopted the model of peer assessment and contrast to carry out empirical research. Results: h is project has carried on exploratory factor analysis and coni rmatory factor analysis, established a '5A' competency model which include moral ability, thinking ability, communication ability, learning and practical ability. Conclusion: Competency model of 'excellent doctor' in Chinese medicine has been validated, with good reliability and validity, and embodies the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training, with theoretical and practical signii cance for excellence in medicine physician training.
