摘　　要：从国有企业经营者股权激励机制改革的制度背景方面入手,分析和阐述了近年来我国在股权激励方面的政策与措施变化,并结合当前形势的发展,论述了健全和完善国企经营者激励机制的必要性。Starting from the institutional background of the interest excitation mechanism reform of the operators of the state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes and expounds the variation of our country's policies and measures in aspect of the interest excitation in resent years, and connecting with the development of the current situation, discusses on the necessity of establishing and perfecting the excitation mechanism of state-owned enterprise's operators.
