摘　　要：讨论了具有相互干扰和密度制约的Ⅰ型功能反应下且食饵种群具有收获率的捕食系统模型,得到系统正平衡点的存在条件及全局稳定的一些结果.A predator-prey system with the holling I functional response with mutual interference,density dependence and rate harvesting in prey is considered,the existence and the stability of positive equilibrium point of the system is discussed by using the theory and method of stability of ordinary differential equation.
