医学生医疗风险防范和医患关系认识的调查与改进尝试

摘　　要：目的:了解医学实习生医疗风险防范意识和医患沟通知识掌握的现状,为教学医院制定相应的措施提供依据。方法:对132名医学实习生医疗风险防范和医患沟通认识进行问卷调查。结果:大部分医学实习生认为医疗是个高风险职业,目前医患关系紧张,医患沟通是改善医患关系的重要方法,期待学校能加强医疗风险防范和医患沟通教育。结论:医学院校应将医患沟通学列入必修课,教学医院应加强医疗风险防范教育,在实习带教过程中注重医患沟通模拟教育和考核。[Objective] To realize current situation about medical students’ cognition of medical risk prevention and mastery of physician-patient communication skill. [Method] A questionnaire survey was carried out in 132 medical internship about cognition with medical risk prevention and physician-patient communication. [Result] Majority of the surveyed internship believed that health care was a high risk profession. At present, there is a trouble relationship between physician and patient. So, communication is an important way to improve this strained relationship. Medical colleges are required to strengthen the education in terms of medical risk prevention and physician-patient communication. [Conclusion] Physician-patient communication study should become a required course in medical college. Teaching hospital should enhance medical risk prevention education and pay attention to physician-patient communication mock training and test.
