摘  要:目的:探讨案例教学法(Case_Based Learning,CBL)在传染病学教学中的实践效果。方法:对52名医学生分别进行传统教学法和CBL法教学,比较2种方法的教学效果。结果:CBL班学生反映教学效果好,且理论考试中,理解题、分析题、总成绩以及实践技能考核成绩均优于传统教学班(P<0.05)。结论:开展CBL教学有利于提高传染病学教学质量。[Objective] To explore the practice effects of the CBL method in lemology course.[Method] 52 students medics were divided into to groups and taught by CBL and traditional teaching method,respectively.The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire survey and examinations that exam students' theory knowledge and clinical practice skills.[Result] Students exhibited great enthusiasm for CBL method.Compared to LBL group,CBL group has significant higher score in examination of clinical practice skills(t=2.642,P=0.038).In theory knowledge examination,students in CBL group also got higher scores(t=2.934,P=0.032), especially in the comprehensive application parts(t=4.158,P=0.014) and analysis problems parts(t=3.051,P=0.038).[Conclusion] CBL method is beneficial to improve the teaching quality of lemology.
