摘　　要：本文从四个方面来论述高等职业教育改革的方向和人才培养模式的创新,结合山东电力高等专科学校教学改革的实际,全面总结了基于工作过程系统化课程改革的实施步骤。From four respects the author states the reform direction and creation of talent training model in higher vocational education.Combined with teaching reform facts,the procedures of work-based systematic course reform are completely summarized in the paper.
