全日制工程硕士教育工作的思考

摘　　要：本文就近一年来北京航空航天大学全日制工程硕士教育工作现状进行了分析,从培养目标、培养质量、实践环节和导师制度等方面入手,分析全日制工程硕士研究生教育工作中存在的问题及问题产生的原因,并针对存在的问题,提出一些建设性的意见。This Article analyses the current situation of the full-time Master of Engineering candidate education of BUAA from some aspects,such as objective,mass,practice and director. We should take out the problems and causes in the full-time Master of Engineering candidate education currently,and bring out some constructive suggestions.
