影响幼儿园专家型教师专业成长的关键人物研究

摘　　要：对七位幼儿园专家型教师深入访谈发现,影响专家型教师专业成长的关键人物主要有他们的家人、中学老师、老园长、优秀幼儿园教师、高校科研合作者以及幼教干部。这些关键人物在幼儿园专家型教师的专业成长过程中扮演着教师角色楷模、专业成长引导者和专业成长支持者的角色。他们对专家型教师的影响主要表现在确立教师的职业选择、提升教师的专业水平、增强教师的自我发展需要和意识、优化教师的管理行为、塑造教师良好的个人品质等方面。Interviews with 7 preschool expert teachers reveal that crucial people in their professional development include their family,middle school teachers,the preschool manager,other excellent preschool teachers,co-researchers at colleges and universities,and cadre in preschool education.These people play the role of teacher role models,professional development guides and supporten.Their influence upon the expert teachers is mainly demonstrated in choosing the teaching vocation,promoting their professional level,enhancing their self-development need and awareness,optimizing teacher’s management behavior and moulding teacher’s personal characters etc.
