重庆市初中生心理亚健康现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解初中生心理亚健康现状。方法采用SCL-90量表对431名初二和初三学生进行问卷调查。结果初三学生的心理亚健康发生率和严重程度明显高于初二学生,女生的心理亚健康程度明显高于男生。结论初中生的健康状况不容乐观,社会-学校-家庭应采取各种针对性的预防干预措施,提高青少年的整体健康水平。Objective To investigate present sub-mental health situations of the junior high students.Method 431 grade 2 and grade 3 junior high students were investigated by using a questionnaire of SCL-90 scale.Results The incidence rate of sub-mental health and severity of grade 3 students were significantly higher than that of grade 2 students,and the sub-mental health level for female students was significantly higher than that of male students.Conclusion It is not optimistic for the health state of junior high students.Various prevention and intervention measures should be taken to improve the overall health standard of adolescents.
