广州市某医学院校护生实习中存在的问题及管理对策

摘　　要：目的探究实习护生在日常护理工作中存在的差错和缺陷的原因,为提高护理实习生管理,减少护理差错提供参考。方法采用自行设计的实习护生护理差错发生原因调查表,对50名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果 50名实习护生发生护理差错和缺陷共计66人次,其中因未严格执行三查七对而发生差错和缺陷的有25人次,责任心不强的有13人次,技术操作不熟练的有9人次,知识能力不足的有8人次,盲目自信的有5人次,紧张感6人次。学历低、年纪小的实习护生较学历高、年纪大的实习护生发生护理差错和缺陷的人次数多。结论在护理管理中,需加强实习护生责任心和综合素质的培养,严格强调护理操作程序的重要性,加强相关法律法规的学习。Objectives To explore the reasons of errors caused by trainee nurses,and to provide the basis for preventing nursing error of clinical internship.Methods The reasons of errors and defects of 50 trainee nurses were investigated using self-designed questionnaire.Results The nursing error and defect of 50 nurses occurred 66 person-time,not abide by the procedures strictly 25 person-time,lacking of sense of responsibility 13 person-time,unskilled technique 9 person-time,weak intellectual ability 8 person-time,not to work independently 5 person-time,sense of nervousness 6 person-time.The error and defect of lower degree and the young nurses occurred more than the older and high degree of nurses.Conclusions In nursing management,we should strengthen the responsibility and comprehensive qualities of nurses,emphasize the important of strictly nursing procedure,and strengthen the study of relevant laws and regulations.
