摘 要:铝波导及铝波导元器件在大功率、高频段雷达、通信设备中的应用越来越多,铝波导的焊接加工工艺是决定它们成功的关键工艺手段.本文以双脊双联双弯波导为实例详细的叙述了微波器件手工铝钎焊工作的步骤和要领,剖析了焊接过程中温度的变化和均匀性与工件焊接的关系,提出了手工铝钎焊大型工件的操作指导程序和工艺流程.The applications of aluminum wave-guide and wave-guide instruments are increasing in the high-power,high-band radar,communications equipment.Aluminum welding waveguide decision process is the key to the success of their technology tools.This paper takes double-ridge double-bend waveguide as an example to go into particulars about the working process and gist of handcraft aluminum brazing of microwave implement and analyses the connection between the temperature change and the workpiece jointing in the process of jointing.It brings forward operating process and technics flow of the handcraft aluminum brazing of big workpiece.
