摘 要:研究了新型梳状聚合物PAA-PEO分散剂在不同pH值、离子强度条件下对水基碳化硅悬浮液流变性能的影响。结果表明,PAA-PEO在碱性、中性、弱酸性条件下都能使固含量40 vol%的碳化硅浆料呈现较好的稳定性。与PAA相比,PAA-PEO具有更好的抗电解质性能,碳化硅悬浮液流变性能基本不受离子强度浓度变化的影响。并根据碳化硅、PEO特殊化学性质探讨了PAA-PEO在碳化硅表面的吸附模型。Effect of a poly(acrylic acid)(PAA)-poly(ethylene)(PEO) comb dispersant on the rheological properties of aqueous silicon carbide suspensions was investigated at different pH,and ionic strength conditions.It was found that PAA-PEO was effective to silicon carbide suspensions not only in basic condition,but also in neutral and weak acid conditions.Compared with PAA,PAA-PEO had better anti-electrolytic properties,the rheological properties almost keeped invariable as the concentration of the electrolytes in the suspensions increasing.An adsorption model was discussed based on the special surface chemical properties of silicon carbide and PEO.
