试论素质教育背景下的高校体育及师资队伍建设

摘　　要：体育教育是高校实施素质教育的有效途径和窗口,而师资队伍建设又是高校适应学校体育改革、深化素质教育的必要前提。本文利用文献资料、专家访谈分析了目前高校体育存在的一些问题及高校体育实施素质教育的对策,并对高校体育师资队伍的建设提出建议,为高校实施素质教育提供理论支持。Physical education is an effective way of quality-oriented education in universities,while construction of teaching staff is the essential prerequisite for universities to adapt to physical education reform and deepen quality-oriented education.According to documents,materials and experts interviews,this paper makes analyses of some existing problems and countermeasures for university quality-oriented physical education,puts forward some suggestions for construction of university physical education teaching staff,and also provides theoretical support for quality-oriented education in universities.
