摘　　要：根据蛔虫的特异性基因序列,设计了PCR特异性引物,并进行灵敏性和特异性试验。结果表明:用所建立的PCR检测食品中的蛔虫卵,特异性强,检测灵敏度高,可检测到食品中的一个虫卵。A method for detection of round worm Ascaris lumbricoides eggs in food was developed by a quick,sensitive and special PCR method.The primers of PCR were designed and synthesized based on the specific sequence of the round worm.The designed primers were found to have high specificity,and it was proved that the methods had high sensitivity.
